I’m Letizia Gambrell-Boone an educator, speaker, and creator of the Consequential Reality™framework. For over two decades, I’ve served as a catalyst for human-centered transformation in higher education, currently as the as Vice President for Student Affairs at Salve Regiina University, where I lead cross-divisional change rooted in healing, justice, and belonging.
My work has focused on transforming institutional culture, whether by developing culturally responsive leadership models, launching trauma-informed initiatives, or implementing restorative programs that center identity, faith, and wholeness. I’ve presented nationally on trauma, intercultural competency, and spiritually grounded leadership, and my frameworks continue to inform how communities reclaim dignity in the face of disconnection.
But behind the leadership titles was a growing awareness:

That awareness sparked a sacred question:

It’s a framework built on three pillars: Awareness, Authority, and Aligned Action, It invites us to move from inherited roles to intentional rhythms.
I offer this work as an unfiltered guide, naming what we’re often too busy or too bound to see. And I bring the tools of a soulful strategist, helping others not just reflect, but rebuild with purpose.
